Changes and Cancellations: Cruise lines reserve the right to change itineraries, cancel sailings, modify ships or services, alter departure times, and substitute ports of call. Shore excursions may be modified or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors. CruizeMakers is not responsible for these changes, which are solely within the discretion of cruise lines and other suppliers.

Financial Stability: CruizeMakers is not responsible for the financial stability or solvency of cruise lines or other travel suppliers. If a cruise line or supplier ceases operations, declares bankruptcy, or otherwise fails to provide booked services, your recourse is against that supplier rather than CruizeMakers. Travel insurance provides important protection against supplier defaults.

Risks and Personal Responsibility
